The rate is the same for AP Precalculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, and AP Computer Science A. You can choose between a weekly reserved slot for ongoing help, single sessions for one-off needs, and a structured AP Exam Sprint in the spring.

A defined 6-week curriculum built around the exam itself, for families who come to me in the spring with an exam coming and no time to build a longer relationship.

Prefer one-on-one? The same Sprint, taught 1:1, is $900. A small-group seat depends on finding a few students whose schedules line up.

Knowing how to make it click for your student
Information is free. What isn’t free are explanations delivered from the right angle, with the right questions, and at the right pace to help a student finally make sense of complex ideas. That comes from two decades in the classroom and a doctorate devoted to studying how students learn.
And that learning hasn’t stopped. I still develop online courses, including an active eight-course Coursera certificate that has served over 70,000 enrollments — and that Class Central named the best of the 400+ courses in its category in January 2026. That scale provides me with a constant stream of real-world feedback, helping me continually improve how I teach and communicate complex concepts.

I’ve earned degrees in physics and civil engineering, and developed real software that real people use — so when your student asks “when will I ever use this?”, I can offer an answer grounded in reality and experience.

A deliberately small number of students
Every session comes with unseen work — planning the right problems beforehand, and notes afterward on exactly where your student still needs work. That prep is a lot of the value, which is why I keep the number of students I work with to a minimum — so when I’m full, I start a waitlist.
